It depends on what meat I have in the fridge. If I have seafood, I put them on my chopseuy. I put broccoli, Chinese cabbage, red and green bell peppers, champignons an carrots. Now I am getting hungry writing this comment

We usually use chicken giblets to prepare the chopsuey.You can add sliced carrot,onion,bell pepper and what you like to it.

I prefer veges. With seafood since it's kinda needed for me since I am having some daily work out and I need proteins and fibers and vitamins. I hope it helps.
