Not wearing masks

When the staff does not wear a mask, that store can be closed by the authorities.

Some people are choosing to ignore these safety precautions and it's not right!

This just doesn't make sense. If there's a sign, I would think that at very least the staff would follow it and have the customer do the same. This makes no sense.

You'd wonder why they have the notice up at all if even the staff aren't wearing masks.

@snowy22315 It is very sad that I also go to the grocery and the staff and people in there do not have masks on. People are going to do what they want. That is why I am not looking forward to go grocery shopping next week.

When I do go out there are always many without masks.

I would say 75% of people shopping in stores are wearing masks, but 100% of the employees are wearing masks.

Here, the stores are mostly adhering to guidelines, but I can tell it's starting to get relaxed. Not so much about the masks, but the stores seem less diligent about keeping things clean. Shoppers have to wear masks, but a lot of them wear them incorrectly - but that seems to have always been the case. What I don't like is people getting less diligent about social distancing - even employees don't always remember to stay away.

Here all the stores and costumers are following the rules, without mask people can't go inside.

In our area there is no guide line that says you have to wear masks, each individual business makes their own rules for that kind of thing. The stores I go to did not require a mask.

that's true, i went out for some work and many people were without masks on the roads and most of the people didn't practice social distancing. It was saddening.

Absolutely not. I went to a TOGO's yesterday, there were about ten people crowded around the door, not one wearing a mask. They were in groups of two and three and the groups stood about three or four feet apart. I could not see far enough inside to see if the employees were adhering. We did not go in but turned the car around and drove to a drive-thru a few blocks away. I do not need a chicken salad sandwich that bad.

It's such a shame when that happens. Over here, it's a criminal offence to walk around with no mask - the penalty is up to $500 and/or 6 months in jail. Stores can refuse you entry if you won't use sanitiser and have no mask on.

Hard to tell which, but no masks is bad. We live about 10 miles where DG was founded. My sister-in-law attended church with founder who does years ago

We need to follow guidelines .. What we want to understand is that if we keep follow the guide line we can live with out covid rite??

It's mandatory for stores to display sign boards related to Covid19 spread .But more than that they do nothing to enforce implementation.
