Looks like nature is punishing us for our excesses over the years.
A cyclone - Nisarga approached Mumbai and surrounding areas. As per records, a cyclone approached Mumbai after 129 years!
It did hit some areas with fury.
Videos showed tin roofs blowing off, and uprooted trees damaging cars and other things.
Power supply has been affected to many areas.
Luckily, the main Mumbai areas have been spared the impact as the cyclone changed its direction and has weakened a bit.
Apart from this, an earthquake came with epicenter near Delhi NCR, and made the tremors felt in Delhi and nearby areas.
Remember Delhi is in seismic zone 4 - just below the highly sensitive mountaineous Himalayan region.
Well, it does looks as if nature is not happy with us. What do you think?

And we still see new Residential and commercial development projects coming up in various parts of our different states, many of which intrude into green and forest areas.

When nature gets back to us, that is what happens. When we had a storm last month, I felt that nature was angry.

No we cannot blame Mother Nature, but yes, we have not figured out how to remain at peace with nature. How not to cut more and more forests, how not to torture animals.
And how not to pollute rivers and air.

Unfortunately we heard a few recent cases of beast like behavior from some Humans towards some animals, and may be nature keeps on teaching us ways to rectify.
However, what causes me anguish is that often those who have not committed grave sins are some of the worst sufferers.
May be Karmic dues of a previous birth? Well, can't say !!
