I love hugs, I love kisses but what I really love is help with the dishes!

Good Morning
June 4th, 2020
9:40 AM EST
The title is a saying that is written on a hanging plaque I saw on ebay. It has a sunflower to one side, and the saying on the other. A friend of mine loves sunflowers, and she is currently looking for a house to buy. Her birthday is a few days after mine, and so I'm already on the hunt for what to get her.
That's one of the things I'll be getting her. I think that she'll love it.
Mowing
The mowers didn't arrive at all yesterday. They said they had called, but no one answered. Not sure about all that, but they are here today. They have one of the really big boy riding mowers and are already done with the front. It's just the bank and then they'll be done. I'd say a thirty minute job.
Not sure how much they'll charge, but it's not my money paying for it, so I don't care.
I'm doing laundry and then will jump into the shower. The ebay order I've been talking about has finally shipped. Now I just need the yarn to ship!
How's your Thursday?

I hope we get the storms they are calling for here. Anything for the chance to cool things down.

@ScribbledAdNauseum It is a bit cold this morning, the thunderstorms brought cool air from the mountains.

Good Morning! your title made me laugh. I think many of us can relate to that
Our lawn crew was here yesterday, a thunderstorm rolled in and they left so they're back today. Hope your mowers do a good job.
My day is going well so far. I just got an order from Hobby Lobby which is a bunch of new yarn. Can't wait to open it and start a new project

Hobby Lobby is one of the suppliers I thought about getting yarn from, but I haven't checked them out yet. I know I've bought yarn from them before.
We expect a thunderstorm later today, but we shall see if it actually happens. The mowers did a great job, and only spent about thirty minutes here. $50 as well, which is about what we paid the neighbors.
Do you have a project in mind?

Well, I lead the same kind of life. Even before this lockdown, I didn't go out so much.

@simone10 I would go to eat dinner with family on Tuesday and Friday, and would go to the store on Wednesday. That used to mean about two or three stores. Now it's just one grocery store and that's it.
Had a big ol' thing with my ex boyfriend a few days ago (he's been my ex bf for awhile, so we didn't split over this) about how he thought I should be "getting on with my life." I dressed him down for it, and he hasn't messaged me since.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Neither did I. Before my feet got as bad as they are now, I would go with my brother on the weekends to run errands.

I guess you and the hair stylist were both wearing face masks?

@LindaOHio I am glad that these types of businesses are able to open, but I do think that if there's any trace that infection is increased with them open, they need to shut down again.
