Good Friday morning from Rainy Green Bay. This will clear out of here in the next hour and we'll be dry and sunny. It's laundry day, so as soon as it stops raining, I'll be leaving to get it done. It's been a good morning so far. I did oversleep a bit, not much, but it really made me hustle to get my Bible study done and get out of here. The pool was good this morning. The water temp was a bit cooler than usual at 88.4 F. We also had a new lifeguard, a young man, a junior in high school. Despite getting up late, I had a good start to the day. Yesterday was a good day for food and fitness. Here are the numbers. Food Breakfast - 2 Bananas, 3 Eggs, 2 Slices Turkey Bacon, 1 Potato Calories: 620 Sugar: 25 Carbs: 72 Protein: 33.1 Sodium: 612 Fat: 19.6 Snack - 1 Serving Blueberries Calories: 80 Sugar: 12 Carbs: 17 Protein: 1 Sodium: 0 Fat: 1 Dinner - 1 Serving Hamburger, 1 Serving Red Lentil Rotini Pasta, Half an Onion, 2 Celery Stalks, 1 Can, 7 Servings, Tomato Sauce Calories: 649 Sugar: 24 Carbs: 93 Protein: 53.5 Sodium: 236 Fat: 5 Snack - 1 Banana Calories: 90 Sugar: 12 Carbs: 23 Protein: 1.1 Sodium: 1 Fat: 0.3 Total Macros: Calories: 1439 Sugar: 73 Carbs: 205 Protein: 88.7 Sodium: 849 Fat: 25.9 Fitness Steps: 15,851 Miles: 4.27 Activity/Exercise: 123 Minutes Water: 4 Bottles Calories burned: 2547 Total calories: -1108 Weight: 191.6 I drank four bottles of water and my sodium is under 1000 and my weight is down instead of up. You are doing great! It get a little nerve racking when we hit that plateau and don't lose much at a time. I just need to re-focus!! I weighed in five lbs. less than my last doctor's visit in February. I wish it were more, but not complaining after hearing so many others are gaining weight with the lockdown. I'm getting more exercise now out in the garden and plan to get back with healthier eating with the ripening of veggies in the garden!

I've heard that too. I'm glad I've been losing not gaining. I'm sure you'll lose more being outside working in the garden and eating those healthy veggies from the garden.

I'm just picturing how awesome it must be to enjoy the pool. I love to swim but we don't have a pool nearby. Glad the scale moved down a little for you. I'm doing good with my goals for this week
