Going to the zoo, zoo, zoo

I got online, reserved my "tickets" for the zoo. We actually have a year long pass, but they are scheduling entry times by providing online tickets. They do not want long lines of people at the gates or anywhere. Once you are there you may stay as long as you like.
They do not have the gorilla environment open, due to fear we may transmit covid to the gorillas.
We chose today because the weather is cool and it will be more fun and easier to get around.
Hopefully they will not keep us and I will see you later.

@GardenGerty Nothing is opened in CT. That's why we now have the lowest number of cases in the country.

It has been a long time for you, then. At our zoo if the elephants are not outside they are in the pachyderm building.

It has been a long time since I visited a zoo. But I really enjoy seeing wild animals there. I do feel sad sometimes when they are locked in cages

Our zoos tend to try to build "environments" that are not like cages.
