Hello myLot! I'm a little late on this, but it's been such a busy May and June that I haven't had time to make a post on it. I hope everyone is doing well! I realize no one cares about these long posts lol, but oh well, I enjoy writing them out. Here's how my May went: 01 Tyler's engine is in need of maintenance, so we brought it to a machine shop to be bored out. 03 My grandmother and I went to the flea market because the only thing open there was the fruit/vegetable stand. Got a whole mountain of fruits and veggies for $20, quite a steal :) Later that day I helped her remove a pomegranate tree from her backyard. Fun fact: I've never tried a pomegranate. 04 I got my job back! Everything started to open back up. It still seemed too soon and I am worried we'll have a coronavirus resurgence, but at the same time, people need to make money. 05 T and I spent the night playing video games...and turning them into drinking games. Probably not the brightest idea but we had fun. 06 I saved a turtle at work today. I went out to my car and saw a turtle heading towards the busy main road. So I picked it up and set it down near the woods that had a few puddles. I've been told you're not supposed to pick them up but I couldn't bear to see the poor thing get run over. 10 Mother's day with my grandma and my mom. It was a simple day, we hung out together and had coffee. 12 T helped me fix my tire. I had a nail in it so we used a patch kit and...tada good as new! Our friend Jacob came over which was nice, we always like hanging out with him. 13 I painted a neighbor's mailbox! Ok, correction, I touched up a neighbor's mailbox. I painted it for them a few years ago and by now the sun and rain have eroded most of the paint. It needed a little TLC. 15 T got a new job recently and I was able to see how it all works. However when we got home we got a call from his mom saying she was in a lot of stomach pain. We rushed over and brought her to the hospital. She seems to be all right now but phew it was scary. 16 We had a Big Lots shopping trip. That doesn't seem exciting but T always makes me laugh, we just had a fun time running around the store being silly. We had to buy a small rug and a blanket...and some candy teehee. 18 We played video games with Jacob, just a relaxing night. 23-25 My mom and I drove to Plant City for our girls trip! We have friends out there and a few times a year we all get together and have a small girl's trip. This was a short visit but so much fun! I love them like my own family. We had a small painting party and stayed up until 3 in the morning drinking and playing board games. We drove back home on the 25th. 27 After work I went to my grandma's and helped her clean out behind her fridge. She also bought a small grill for herself so I helped her set it up. 28 After work I again went to visit my grandma, we tested out the new grill! We cooked some steak, corn, and green beans. Delicious! 30 Nothing exciting but we had Chili's takeout and watched a tv show together. 31 T and his friends went skateboarding which was fun to watch. I don't have the balance for it haha. Then a few friends came over and I made a big batch of tacos for everyone. And that's all folks. It was a fun month, everything is slowly starting to open back up. I hope everyone is staying safe and sane. Have a good day. Did you do anything exciting this May? **picture is part of the mailbox I painted**

@isweartokira My months have not been great lately. Things to deal with that are not getting solved but I keep trying ways. Thank you for asking about mine.

The mailbox looks great! You seem to have had a wonderful month of May. I only remember leaving Florida on May 4th. Glad you got your job back, too!

I love the mailbox. I do not even remember May at this point. My job starts back with a training in July and then some inservice in August. I am a paraprofessional. If I had money when I am not working it would be a blast.

That holds a lot and the best part is that you remember everything that happened
