Special Dustin Car and Roses

Was cleaning out some boxes earlier. Came across this small wooden car Dustin made in grade school.
Tears, but happy tears as I remember how proud he was to get this car made all on his own.
Good memories.
Happy I still have these reminders around. He is forever in my heart.
Decided to share a photo with two roses from his garden.
Enjoy the day everyone.

So nice you were able to find that. Something sweet for you. I remember my son made a car for the Pinewood Derby when he was in Cub Scouts. I wonder what happened to that? It could be his dad has it.

Sometimes it's the littlest things that warm our hearts the most. That is a beautiful car that Dustin made, and beautiful roses from his garden. I hope both of these items brought happy memories to your heart.

It's nice to have memories of lived ones. I keep my hair cutting apron for my Mom in my room and hug it every once in a while. I list her in 2017. Next month 31 is when she went to heaven.
