I decided about the present to Leticia.

Leticia´s birthday is in less than 2 more months.
She cannot eat something wonderful as she will be on a special diet while doctors do something else besides fighting the COVID-19. For the same reason, she connot go and buy something nice to wear. I haven´t bought a thing for me this year.
So, when I told Leticia that Tania´s heater needed a big cleaning and that mine was dead, she told me that she was having problems with hers too.
And I talked to the men and they told me that they went everywhere.
So I called Leticia and asked her if she would like a heater cleaning as her birthday present. She was elated!
If her heater is so bad that they have to change it, Leticia will put the rest of the money. But still, it will be a nice present.
Leticia is very important in my life and I miss her a lot.

She started being my maid over 20 years ago. But now she is someone very near to my heart and has been for many years. She has cared for us in times of sorrow for a long time. She is going to be 68 in August and she is legally retired. But she cannot live with her pension and here I will not let her do more than what she can.
Now we are all in lockdown and she is bored at her house. I call her every 2 days.
I called her to ask her if she would like my present and she was very happy.

@marguicha I'm glad to hear that she likes the present. Does she have hobbies to keep her occupied? I worry about boredom when I retire! .

I did not know what to buy so that when she told me about her problems, I asked the workers if they went to her neighborhood.
