Remembering my Dad Today & Always

Lost my Dad almost three years ago. I was holding his hand when he died. He left behind many memories. Never enough time. You never want to let go. But that is life. None of us live forever. Sharing a photo of my Dad. And yes, the little girl is me. I was around a year old, sitting in my Daddy's lap. I was a blonde for many years. For some reason I look like I just woke up from a nap, or maybe needed a nap. Funny to look back at the old photos. So many memories flash in an instant. Enjoy the moments, we never know what tomorrow holds. Happy Father's Day to all of the dad's, grandfathers, and step-fathers.

Handsome he looks a bit like Ben Gazzara. Your hair does not look very blonde in the photo..my sister was quite blonde until she was 11 or 12. I always had dark hair.

I lost my dad about three years ago as well. It's hard. Today was one of those days where I was happy being a father myself, but also sad that my dad was not here to celebrate with.

My nephew was like that @CarolDM he was white blonde for the first 3 years or so then gradually became a brunette.
