Do you love Chicken Soup? Do you eat it with rice or without?

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening my dear mylotters
I woke up in a nice weather today. Sunny and windy. It`s the same like yesterday. I enjoyed a good walk around our place with my husband 
and I hope we can have a good walk later after a meal
Since, the weather is so nice I love to eat some soup today and that is Chicken Soup with little rice.
I first boiled the chicken for 10mins. and then remove all the meat from the bones then while doing it. I put on all the ingredients like sliced carrots, celery, diced onions, bay leaf and 1 cup of rice let it simmer for 10mins. Then, put back the chicken and add a teaspoon of salt, parsely let it simmer for 5 mins. and there you have it. A simple chicken soup with rice Optional (You can add some chicken broth if you like)

@m_audrey6788 I usually make soup just before a grocery shopping trip - that way I get rid of all the vegetables that need to be used. I will make it especially make it when we get sick - and throw lots of garlic into it!

@m_audrey6788 I eat beef. I stay away from pork because it gives me indigestion. I'll eat it, but only at other people's homes or for pot luck and things like that. I don't buy it.

I do like chicken soup especially homemade. I prefer noodles but have made it with rice. I seem to make chicken soup in my slow cooker more in the winter than during the summer.
