Crock Pot Dinner Yesterday

Forgot to post about dinner yesterday. Had a pack of ribs. Did not want to grill out. Too hot and rain off and on. Cooked them in the crock pot, all day. Always enjoy cream of mushroom soup, bell pepper, onions and other ingredients here and there. Also added several Klondike potatoes. Ever used them? Found them on sale and tried them. Delicious. Put them in whole and let it all cook on low about seven hours. You could cut it all with your fork. So tender. Enough for today's dinner. More leftovers to enjoy.

@TheHorse Not too early to get one. You can turn it on low in the morning and have a great meal in the evening.

It sounds delicious. Are Klondike potatoes the yellow ones? We have yellow potatoes that are called Yukon Gold, we like those.
