Time for a German Dinner

My kitchen is international. Almost every day is another county's food. Mostly Filipino, Italian, German and other Asian food. If ever I eat the same meal in 2 days, that is because I have leftover food from yesterday.
Our dinner this evening was German. Bratkartoffeln (fried potatoes) Bratwurst (German sausage) and veggie salad with Sauerkraut. It was very easy to make and within half an hour the dinner was ready. We drunk self made water infused with lemon and frozen strawberries. Strawberries that I have harvested a few weeks ago.
What was your dinner / lunch today? Have you tried fried potatoes with Bratwurst? I think some of the European here on Mylot have eaten this food.
Our weather is 28 degrees Celsius and I have heard that it will goes up. It will go up to 32 degrees celcius this weekend. How about in your place?

Your kitchen sounds like mine
. We love to try new recipes as long as they are healthy and vegetarian ( for me). This meals looks yummy and definitely looks and sounds healthy.

@arunima25 I like Ayurveda beliefs and their treatments. For me, the best is to have Abhanga massage. I love it.

@thelme55 Actually I believe in yoga and some rich traditional beliefs of our culture that is there in Ayurveda. And they insist a lot on enjoying what you eat with gratitude. And they emphasize a lot on eating through senses.

Its look healthy and delicious one. We use potatoes mostly everyday but in different favour. We like to eat boil potatoes with Indian chat masala spreading on it.

@thelme55 Yes in most of things it used. We make sabji and roti in our daily food. Potato is very common in sabji.
