My Roasted Chicken.

This is what I cooked for dinner. This is also the first time I roasted chicken in the oven and made my own gravy. It was delicious. My husband and daughter were very happy and their tummy were full. I put some potatoes on the side too. What did you have for breakfast, lunch or dinner?

i remember in Kuwait, when i was on night duty and i have no time to cook my meals, i buy a whole big roasted chicken with khubus and some blanched vegetables, all cost 900 fils. (1Kuwaiti dinar is 1000fils). the vegetables really taste good. i can eat the chhicken for 3 meals.

That looks really good. I could eat all of that easily, probably the whole Chicken. Glad it was so good and that you all enjoyed it so much. Its after 6pm and I have not eaten at all today yet. Its Chicken Curry and Rice for Dinner which I really hope will be served very soon.
