A light lunch. A chicken salad.

I still have some cold roast chicken. I have a cooked potato. I have lots of lettuce and pickled cucumbers. I have mayo. I think that with all that I could make a wonderful chicken salad. And later on, I could make a soup as it is cold. I think that it is a wonderful lunch for a Sunday. And I´d be ready for my nap. See you after lunch.
