Are you going away for the 4th or has Covid changed your plans?

I am still planning on going away for the 4th, but it hasn't been easy getting the plans together. Also, as I mentioned this morning, I had to deal with that tire situation which ended up taking most of the afternoon. They have wifi there, and last time I was there,,it was good this time, I couldn't even connect to it on the phone..it just kept saying auto shop, and said the connection was poor, so I just gave it up. Anyway, baring any other disasters, I should be ready to rock and roll on Thursday. Do you have plans for the 4th?

No plans at all for the 4th of July, except giving our neighbours son his birthday gift.

Thanks, we will be at my mom and dad's. Hopefully the weather will permit a barbecue at least. I imagine fireworks will be cancelled.

Leaving on the second back on the 6th or possibly late on the 5th. We will see. Nephew will probably let me stay over. but he has to be back at work on the 6th

It sounds like your trip is going to happen, that is great.
We celebrate Canada Day on the first.
Its a bit of a hard time of the year for me, my Dad's anniversary is on your holiday.
I think of him every day, its hard to believe so many years have passed.
