Tuesday & Daily Health Report for June 29

Good morning from sunny Green Bay, Wisconsin. It's going to be hot and humid today. They're talking about pop up showers, but I most likely won't see any today. It's another day of waiting. I saw the news this morning regarding the virus. The county received 3000 more cases in the last week. It didn't say how many of those were negative. So, I should hear from my grandson today and I should be back in the pool tomorrow. That's my hope. I went outside for the first time in a week today. No choice. I needed to move the car off the lot as the complex is having all the cracks sealed today. Otherwise, the day is going well. I've done my exercise, my Bible Study, and worked on Vendetta. I calmed down my main character and set up the next scene. Now, I'm ready to interact here for a few hours. Writing first is working out very well. Yesterday was a different kind of day food-wise. I ate most of my food for breakfast with only a snack-like lunch when I sliced into my pinky. It's still tender this morning. I also did very well with exercise. Here are yesterday's numbers. Food Breakfast - 2 Bananas, 1 Serving Apple Crunch, 2 Servings Cool Whip, 3 Eggs, 2 Slices Turkey Bacon, 1 Potato Calories: 976 Sugar: 49.7 Carbs: 106.8 Protein: 35.6 Sodium: 617.3 Fat: 49.5 Potassium: 1772.8 Lunch - Half a Cucumber - give or take, Quarter of an Onion - give or take, Avocado Oil Mayo - 2 Servings - give or take. It's hard to know. It's most likely less for the cucumber and onion. I still have a lot of the salad left. Calories: 109 Sugar: 2 Carbs: 5.15 Protein: 0.65 Sodium: 202 Fat: 4 Potassium: 116.5 Snack - 1 Banana Calories: 90 Sugar: 12 Carbs: 23 Protein: 1.1 Sodium: 1 Fat: 0.3 Potassium: 362 Total Macros: Calories: 1175 Sugar: 63.7 Carbs: 134.95 Protein: 37.35 Sodium: 820.3 Fat: 23.8 Potassium: 2251.3 Fitness Steps: 21,588 Miles: 8.1 Activity/Exercise: 144 Minutes Water: 5 Bottles Calories burned: 2607 Total calories: -1432 Weight: 188.2 Overall yesterday was very good. Even if I was extra hungry for breakfast. This morning is much better, though I've already racked up the calories with guacamole for breakfast. Otherwise, I achieved my 10K steps and I've done 2 of 9 hourly steps. More to come on that. I also get the car at 3 this afternoon and bring it back to the parking lot. It's only a block away. First thing i do in morning is exercise because its best for me as give boost for rest of the day. Later i also do in evening but sometimes not possible as work or chores. In food mostly healthy but sometimes eat over as favorite food done but over all good balance of day.
