Do you exercise everyday?

I promised to myself that I would exercise and eat veggies everyday to avoid serious health issues in the future. What happened to mom was a great lesson to us. I do light exercise as I can't lift weight. I weigh 47 or 46 kilos (sometimes) so lifting weight might break my backbone. It feels good when you sweat and eat healthy foods. Do you follow the same routine?

@Janet357 I exercise 3 times a day every day and walk when I can. I am not allowed to lift weights because I have badly injured shoulders. I lost weight so that is why I exercise 3 times a day and eat less and walk when I can.

@Janet357 I usually do not eat the same things all the time. I do not eat in between meals and drink instead and only eat two meals.

I walk every day, good speed, but I do not run, I am no more young. I eat vegetables and fruits every days since I was young.

i didn't have enough time while i was in my college town, but now i'm home and i decided that i will start exercising in july, so i did - i exercised 3 days of july

prevention is better than cure. We cannot.enjoy life is part of us is in pain. Needless to say, it is not cheap when we get confined in the hospital.
