Yes, it's still me, in spite of the fact that it's sideways. i wanted to put up a picture that is what I look like right now, so I took a selfie in a park on my way home from the store.
Unfortunately, I seem to be sideways. I promise, I was not sideways when I took it. Anyone know how to make it be upright? Or do you see it upright? One time I put a picture up here and I couldn't get it to go right way up, but somehow other people saw it right way up.
Anyway, that is one of my favorite masks, which I bought the other day in the clothing section of a department store. I usually look for masks in the drug store sections, but also usually they are all out because that is where people look for masks. This type had been in the drug store section a few days earlier and I had bought them to try, and I realized they were a very good fit. So I went back to buy another set (two in a bag, white and grey) and there were none in the drug store. I thought for a while and decided to try the clothing section and there was a whole rack of them! They are made of two layers of T-shirt cotton, which is supposed to be a pretty good filter, and I can add a filter if I like. They are also made for the summer so they are a little cooler than the winter masks I have. I liked them so much I sent a set to my daughter. They even had a children's set of 3 (pink, black and white) so I got those for my granddaughter, who has to wear masks to kindergarten.
Anyway, yes, it is still me!

Thank you for sharing your sideways photo. Now I have to go to the pharmacy to buy something for my stiff neck. Waheehee.

@petatonicsca I like your new profile even if it is sideways. I rotate my pics on my phone, but if you can't you could try to send it to your email then save it on your computer where you then can rotate it to be upright.

There often seems to be no rhyme or reason to why myLot sometimes displays a photo sideways. Most photos these days contain information about the orientation (and a lot of other stuff too) but, it seems that myLot doesn't always read it correctly and also (especially phone cameras) the camera doesn't always write it correctly. Whatever the reason, it can usually be solved by loading the image into a photo editor and rotating it by 90 degrees (even if it displays correctly in the editor), then saving AS a NEW file-name. If the orientation was wrong when you saved it, open the NEW file again and rotate it back then save it again. Uploading that version of the file should solve the problem.

Thanks. I might try that sometime. I think that is what I did the other time, and as I recall it stretched the photo out and it really looked odd (though right side up).

@petatonicsca It can do that, too, though it's less common. myLot doesn't seem to read image headers very well, though that's not entirely its fault - some headers are not written quite in the standard form, either.

It's sideways to me too. I don't know what you can about it. You'll be pleased to have well-fitting masks.

It took a really long time for them to be sold in stores here. Everyone was making them using instructions from YouTube. Now there are a few stores that sometimes have washable masks, but most are still buying them on the internet. I bought a couple on the internet but decided I really need to be able to touch (through the package) the way the trim goes around the face to make sure that it won't get in the way of my glasses.
