Lately I made the red bean paste as the fillings for buns. I occasionally found some recipes of the buns and I am surprised to see that some dim sum are so lovely. I like these Winnie-the-Pooh buns

Of course, the color yellow comes from the pumpkin. You know that is not difficult at all. Just add some pumpkin in the flour and mix it together.

@youless I add a pinch of saffron or turmeric for the yellow color, spinach juice for the green, red beets juice for the red and red cabbage juice for the blue (the red cabbage juice is blue). They are very good to dye food and do not transmit any taste.
