Caffeinated

I don't really have anything to post about at the moment, but I just thought I would pop in and say Hi anyway! So Hi! So my sleep schedule has been wacked out for a little bit. I know it is my fault, but is it really? Is it really? Is it my fault that I so sensitive to caffeinated or sugary things? Hmm? Because a few nights ago, I had this Honest Tea stuff, and it being green tea, it has a lot of caffeine and oof I was up until 5AM. Yesterday, I had a 3 hour nap and then some cherry vanilla coke, which like...has no sugar but I don't know how much caffeine in it and again...5AM I saw it. I was there. So I guess, it is my fault. Since I don't have caffeinated drinks until the evening which will obviously affect my sleep. But I guess it isn't that bad since even though I go to bed super late! I still wake up at the same time in the morning. Weird how that works. Also, evenings that I have caffeine I end up waking up the next morning less tired even though I had less sleep. I don't know, my body is weird. My mom gets jealous of me because sugar and caffeine does not work like that for get. Hot coffee and such actually makes her fall asleep. And anything with caffeine I am writing to write an entire novel I am amped up. I am just really sensitive. How are you with caffinated drinks? Do they give you a little buzz just to keep you going? Do they make you want to run a mile? Or is it nap time?

I drink coffee but not caffeinated drinks, I like none. I have no problems with coffee, that I only drink in the morning.

I feel like I would be more productive if I did drink coffee in the mornings, but I just cannot get into the habit nor do I want to be dependent on it since I am so sensitive to caffeine haha

That can happen. I have sleeping problems anyway, so staying up a few more hours than normal really does not effect me much haha

I am pretty sensitive to caffeine as well. I made the mistake of too much Diet Pepsi yesterday, and it was pretty hard for me to fall asleep.
