Whether we agree or not we still feel stressed and it could be for a small thing too. Small things like you need to do a certain task which you don't wanna do or talk about on a certain aspect with a person, looking at the outer world conditions due to virus and other things can make you feel stressed. For me tasty home cooked food by mom is a stress buster plus my favorite movie or songs. Is there a thing which works for you as a stress buster?

My stress buster are my plants. Once in a while I stand up from the computer and check the star fruit and guava trees of pests.

I like that your mom's cooking helps you feel better. I hope you've told your mom this. I'm sure you have.

mine is Prayers. When we pray and cry out our sadness, we feel good after that.

I like to go through our photos from long time back while listening to music. It brings so much positivity to cherish those beautiful memories and never feels enough, no matter how many ever times we see it.

Sitting alone without engaging in anything for sometime....it works for me as it calms me down. Also, spending time with nature helps.
