I seldom use hair conditioner and oil. I only use shampo for my hair, i think thats enough for me

In most cases I do use hair conditioner - it keeps my hair from getting poofy. However in the past few months I have tried a few times to not use conditioner (just to conserve resources). It did get poofy but not as badly as I thought it would . . . it feels thcker/coarser. I have used oil in the past, but it feels like all the oil doesn't get rinsed out - and then my hair looks a bit greasy, as if I hadn't washed it.

That's the problem with the oil especially when you stay under the sun for hours. I know someone who uses that and she has a lot of headlice. She puts oil and her hair is greasy.

I'd never be able to get a comb through my hair if I didn't use conditioner. I have a mop of hair on my head. I just washed my hair and used it, because we were out playing golf all morning.

@Janet357 None. Our country club has a sign up list to keep others away. We go early to avoid being around anyone. As we left, the next group would have been beginning their rounds.

@DianneN Okay... have you also tried Lacrosse? They say it is the sports of the well-to-do along with golf. As for me, i just like playing badminton and table tennis.

Since I shave my head there is really no need for hair conditioner. I do use a skin lotion so my head does not dry out.

@Janet357 Well I was in the Marine Corps and got out in 92 I let it grow pretty long till about 95 then I shaved it and for the last 25 years I have shaved it.

Yes, it has already my habit to do so. At first I will use the hair shampoo and then it will be the hair conditioner. I hope it can make my hair grow better.

I have to use it or my hair is just too dry and tangled. Can you not get unscented conditioner? Maybe you could use an egg wash as I believe that is supposed to help condition the hair too.

I do need hair oil, about once a week and then I tightly braid my hair. Conditioner, no I can't use it ever.

@Janet357 Yes, I am allergic to many of the ingredients in beauty products, even lotions. I oil my hair, then French braid the back for about one day. This naturally moistens my dry hair.
