I decided to make an omelet for dessert. Just the right amount of sugar and the right amount of rum. And then the match, the flame and the joy. I cooked it and I ate it. It is full of memories too. My mother cooked a flambeed apple omelet once in a while. This is one of my desserts with a family history. Do you have something like that?

That sounds delicious. I always liked my Mum's rice pudding.

I like crepes fambeed with Grand Marnier liquor and orange sauce. My mother used to prepare the "zuppa inglese", it is a dessert prepared layering custard and sponge cake.

What's flambeed? We have apples during Christmas season.
