You Can’t Stop the Beat

I’ve been reading. I’ve been doing laundry. I’ve been making meatballs for the freezer. I have been also watching hundreds of TikTok videos that my granddaughter has been making for years it seems. There are hundreds more, perhaps thousands!
She makes videos of everything it seems and includes her friends very often. She usually performs to rap.
She installed TikTok on my phone last October, but when we video chatted a couple of days ago for over 2 hours, she taught me how to login and follow her.

She has two accounts. One is strictly figure skating in which she will answer any questions such as how to perform a double salchow with video included.
Her other account is personal. She has a cooking show included.
She makes me laugh so hard!
She informed me that she has a new peppy figure skating routine set to music from “Hairspray“ called, “You Can’t Stop the Beat” and a beautiful costume made by a woman in Russia. Of course there won’t be any competitions this year, so the costume is canceled. However, practice goes on. She understands and her attitude and acceptance of it blew me away.
She blows me away at 12 years old.

First of all, I want meatballs! Did her ice skating come naturally? I have attempted to ice skate once but was not coordinated enough! Roller skating is a different story.

Your granddaughter is an amazing young lady. Of course you are proud of her, it shows in your posts.
I do not have a TikTok account, and really don't have a need for it. When my grandson told me he had a Snapchat account, I did open one myself. Don't use it though.

Yes, I heard Tiktok too, and I am also dancing in the video with the kids, a lot of fun in Tiktok apps. I cannot post in Fb 'cause of my 3 sons. They let me avoid the video to post. I love the Tiktok apps too.
