The nerve she got!
I felt ill for this person. Anyway, she is the mother of my niece's partner. I do not really know about this person but I've heard a lot of negatives things about her.
The other day, she texted me if it's OK for me that his son will stay in our house where my niece and her kid is living. His son works at other place and would just go home once a week. With the current situation, the place where he assigned is in a lock down because of the rising Covid cases. Thier work has to stopped also. It is mandatory that any person come from other places must undergo a test and even if tested negative a 14 day home quarantine is mandatory. I texted back and ask if did his son already finish the required quarantine period. I receive a curse from her blah blah blah... Oh wow! How dare she is doing that to me. She has this request for me and then have the guts to say bad words and make me appear bad. I got misinterpreted with a very simple question that I have the very right to know a direct answer.

@ZedSmart i think it's because she has a close mind and thinks only about her side and how she would benefit without listening first and taking into consideration the situation and views of others

@louievill I agree with you on that. Now, she made me bad on her side and perhaps even with other people she will told with. I don't care.

Discrimination is real in this time of pandemic. Just stay calm. Pray for her instead.

It is not my intention to mean something because any time, his son would job popped in our house to visit my niece and their son and I did not complain about that. Only this time, I asked if he already complied the required number of days of his home quarantine.

@ZedSmart Just tell facts only. People cloud their mind emotionally. Don't accept him if he has not finished with the required protocol.

@MisisAmparo He's done. I just can't imagine the attitude of the mother. Tsk! I asked to confirm and that's my point but she gets mad at me.

She had no right to wish ill things to happen to you. Everyone should be careful these days and you were just following protocol.
You were totally in the right and it's people like that mother that is not helping with our current situation.

In fact, I am careful with my words but I think there's nothing with what I ask. Only then, it doesn't suited to her taste well and assume that I feel bad for them because that is what some of their neighbor showed them. I'm not like that and I became the receiving end of her fury. She even threaten to sue me. For what? Goodsake!

She's very sensitive I guess. But she could have been nicer since she's asking you a favor.
