Gonna make some baked chicken for dinner

I just put spices all over the raw chicken that was in the fridge. That's gonna be our dinner. My mouth is watering just thinking about biting into that juice baked chicken. I am probably going to make a salad and maybe saute some brussels sprouts to go with the chicken. We also have some fresh corn. Maybe I will boil that and add it to the salad. I didn't get to have the lemon pie and tea yesterday because the lamb burger and the fried potatoes and leeks really filled me up. Hopefully, I will have room for it tonight. Don't want the lemon pie to go bad. It is really good.

Sounds like you have it covered for your main course and dessert. Good to see people adding veggies to their menu.

@lovebuglena Thats good that you can eat salads alone. I would love to eat more of it too but I get hungry easily so I usually have to eat like some pasta or rice also

@lovebuglena That is what I like about it too. You are not limited as to what you can add into it. I just have a fast metabolism and honestly no matter how much I eat I really get hungry easily. That is why I eat moderately but I eat more than 4 times a day.

I love veggies and veggie salads. I used to eat a huge bowl of salad for dinner and nothing else.

@BelleStarr Oh, that's nice. Come to think of it, I've never used a delivery service before. I just ordered directly from the restaurant and had them deliver.

Thanks. I did not do the Brussels sprouts and I was still pretty food with the chicken and salad with corn in it. Also had a slice of mini watermelon and a bit later had tea and lemon pie. What did you have for dinner?

@marlina I'd have the lemon pie now but I wanna leave for after dinner dessert. I usually crave something baked after dinner.

That's why I am thinking of not doing the Brussels sprouts. The chicken and the salad with corn in it will be pretty filling.

@amadeo Well, we bought it Sunday. Not a good idea to keep it for long. There is only half left thankfully. Still, don't want it to go bad. Eating slowly may be a good idea.

Your dinner sounds good. I hope you have the pie tonight. It would be terrible for a lemon pie to go bad. That's my favorite pie. I almost bought one this morning. However, I know it's not on my diet plan. So, I walked past after drooling over it.

I thought it has to be kept in the fridge but it doesn't say that. Just says store in a cool dry place. I put it in the pantry.
