@Shavkat Let me say it this way there are foods I do not like to eat and foods because of health reasons can no longer eat. I love sardines. I have the small cans and have been buying them and eating them lately. I have one I will eat later on tomorrow with my cottage cheese.

I think sometimes it is normal for us to feel like eating a certain food suddenly. Perhaps it is the time for our body to tell us we need that minor elements
