Our younger son popped by for a little visit. While here, he showed us a photo on his phone from an old friend, who is a lover of kitties. We are all kitty lovers, too, but that glare from the sun, the fact that he socially distances from us, and the fact that I didn’t have my reading glasses on, made it difficult for me to see and appreciate that photo. He texted it to me to simplify matters, and there it is! All those kitties sure wanted a place of their own on the doormat! Gotta love kitties and their antics!

@MALUSE It’s an official breed rather than a nickname. They are black and white. My Doodles was a tuxedo cat.

That is really a cute picture of those cats. Buttercup and Blackie always share a small box and rip the box with both of them trying to fit into the box.

Those kitties are funny. The neighbors who moved last week are trying to "capture" their Tuxedo cat, he comes to see me every day (and to eat) and he runs away as soon as he hears their car coming. I fear that I have to adopt him.

@DianneN They tried to capture Tuxedo during three days. As soon as he spots his owners he goes to hide somewhere. They even placed a trap... they captured Bubi the most curious cat around. I told them that I am going to take care of Tuxedo, no problems.

@LadyDuck They placed a trap and caught Bubi? Hilarious! I guess you will now be the new semi-owner of the Tuxedo cat. Male or female? Name? They are very smart cats and it must have a reason for not wanting to be with those people.

@DianneN Bella and Daisy used to do that. We have a door to the balcony where the morning sun comes through. They used to lay in the sun every morning.
