When is ASYMPTOMATIC and MILD CASES considered CURED/TREATED?

My sister was so excited last night in telling me and my son that "yesterday, our country had the most number of treated cases from the virus". She said it was more than 38K. Fine, I uttered, but I was adamant because I know it is not that easy to treat a\the worldwide spread of a virus. When I was already in bed, I browsed upon some tweets, and my doubt was right. Our dear Secretary of Health (the one we always call for his resignation) mentioned that they included in the treated cases, those persons who have MILD symptoms, and the ASYMPTOMATIC ones. All the more, people are clamoring for his ouster. He is trying to fool us with those statistics that seem so impossible to comprehend. (Maybe, he has another definition of asymptomatic?)

The same person who said we were only experiencing second wave of the virus back in May? I am not, I can't remember the month.

Several authorities are cheating to make their population believe that they are doing good. No country is doing good.

i agree with you. my sister keeps on checking the worldwide statistics and then she sighs. i always tell her that it should be good if she does not read every news about covid because it will make her more stressed and anxious.

@ridingbet I only check our official site just to see if there are restrictions or new rules that we should respect.
