...vaccines in December. This is what my country's president announced live today morning. I woke up when I heard the president's voice on TV. The rebel people are included to have these vaccines, too. My city is under Modified General Community Quarantine.
Are vaccines will be available soon at your place?
Do you think it is humane to exclude drug addicts to have these vaccines?

kabsat, you too listened this morning? i am so worried about what he said, that HIS MILITARY PERSONNEL are included in those who are priorities in receiving the vaccine.

@Shavkat that is what i worry about. with the passing of the terror bill, i think HIS military personnel are doing Barbaric activities. have you watched on net how one soldier pushed a cyclist down using his knee, like that of Floyd in US? but that military man was relieved of his duty, but not yet kicked out of service.

I think it should be made available to masses regardless of their crime record. An immunity to a fast spreading disease is basic human right in my opinion.

I am waiting for the military to take over. Only if they had a chance against the virus.

I feel that they should not be excluded at all or anyone else that is so unfair of them to do that.

There might be a medical reason for that but I am not a doctor.

If and when a vaccine becomes available in the UK, enough doses will be made available to cover the whole population, with absolutely no moral judgments made as to who is more or less deserving to get one.
The attitude of the Philippines President is not only immoral but absurd. The virus does not care about the worthiness or otherwise of the people it infects, and it certainly is not bothered about who might be left un-vaccinated and in a position to infect other un-vaccinated people.

I just read an article saying that our government will have say who gets the vaccine first. I rather wait to make sure it's completely safe before getting it.

We are still hearing that maybe by the end of this year a vaccine will be available. Probably not for everybody until sometime next year (if then)
Everyone should be able to have the vaccine, no exceptions.
