I had been wanting to try “supergreens” for a while - basically it’s a mix for your water or mix-in to your smoothies that is a nutrient-packed mix of “supergreens” - which are different depending on the brand- but usually things like wheat grass, chlorella, moringa, spirulina- all of these are supposed to have amazing health benefits, but I am specifically after the nasty-tasting moringa- which helps your body fight stress, lower blood pressure, help your gut health. The trade off is that moringa on its own, tastes DISGUSTING.
I have been trying this expensive greens mixture that I would always see advertised online- Skinny Greens (by the brand Skinny fit) and it’s somewhere between $50-$60 for one month supply. I am trying it for one month just to see what happens.
What I like:
-No problems with digestion, at all.
-It tastes GOOD with ice water. These greens are flavored GREEN APPLE which miraculously covers the nasty moringa taste
-I do feel some energy right after I drink it in the morning!
-All ingredients are organic
What I do not like:
-green apple flavor is not suitable to mix in with my smoothies (which are usually chocolate flavored)
-Really expensive to use if it doesn’t work.
I am going to just continue to use it until it runs out and decide what I want to try next.
Have you ever tried a product like this, or other “supergreens”? Do share! And what was your experience?

I did try some of the herbal blend mix-ins in the past but maybe with a slight different benefits from yours though I am not so sure. It included wheatgrass along with some immunity boosters, some of the composition would have ashvagandha as an ingredient which boosts the energy and stamina but some of the supplements would have certain specific or peculiar purpose for woman to strengthen their bones with an adequate calcium supply. I can not recollect the name but there are many of such compositions under different brands available in the market as I am from India where herbs and Ayurveda is already dwelling from ages before.
