Having Grilled Cheese for Dinner

Decided on a grilled cheese for dinner this evening. The only cheese I have in the refrigerator is Velveeta. Works for me. It makes a very smooth grilled cheese. With a kosher dill pickle spear on the side. I usually combine two or three cheeses together but for this dinner, just the Velveeta. Have you had this cheese before? I like it as it is easy to slice and fits perfectly on the bread. Watching the hummingbirds on the deck feeder outside the window. Very cool. Just saw four at once. The only time I like Velveeta cheese is when it is in a crockpot, melting together with a can of Dotel tomatoes and chili peppers. Otherwise, I won't eat it. But that dip fresh out of the crockpot is delicious.

Those hummingbirds probably eat more than you do!

Right now in my fridge I have: Montaray Jack, Baby Swiss, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella, shredded American and Cheddar cheeses!
