So I did not nap

I got a message from my daughter. In her new house cell phone reception is bad. It comes and goes. It drops calls.
She wanted to call on her landline, so we could visit and so I could have her new number.
Hubby and I had Anjou pears as a snack. Then when I got off the phone I showered, and made our evening meal.
I pulled lots of little bits of leftovers out, plus we had smoked sausages on buns. I still have a little bit of leftover brussel sprouts, and some chili with beans that will go away tomorrow.
I really need to go to the sewing room for a while, and also need to put more laundry in to wash. There is always something to do.

Maybe a nap another time. I still have trouble staying in bed asleep, even when I do not nap.

Right now I seem to have lots of relaxation at night. I am working on some embroidery and that is fun.

I know how you feel since housework in my relatives home cleaning up the garbage from the trash cans and the cat litter.

Actually our cell was more reliable than our landline, plus I did not think we needed to spend the money for it when Bob was no longer working. Now I find that many of the work from home jobs require a wired line, so I cannot apply for them, unless I choose to get it back.

We do not always want to do what is needed, but we do have things to do.
