What's for dinner tonight?

Given that it's after 6 PM and still 100 degrees F this evening, I may resort to one of my famous Horse Salads for dinner.
No actual horses are involved in the preparation of such salads (at least not as ingredients).
This is one of my favorites: beets, corn, and canned tuna...SMOTHERED in Marie's blue cheese dressing.
What are you having for dinner tonight?

@TheHorse
It was dry vegetable though the Red Bell pepper in it imparted a bit of juiciness!

It looks like a merry mix of flavor. I love corn but with meat. I like tuna with bread.

@TheHorse yes, it is light because there is no meat.

@Alexandoy I sometimes make the same but with no tuna. I might add more veggies that I have on hand.

Last night's dinner was thin spaghetti with Mexican cheese blend and ketchup and a fried filet mignon. I never had this salad combo before. Curious to try your salad.

@lovebuglena I love a good filet mignon. I don't do ketchup with anything, though!

@TheHorse The filet mignon melted in my mouth. So tender.

Healthy and easy to make meal! What a way to take care of yourself! My dinner was a little improvised just spaghetti, tipped with cheese and a few sausages!

@TheHorse I have had that before too. Sometimes I ask myself, am I the only one who has this dish as a meal? Am I too lazy not to come up with something more elaborated for my meals? Lol
