The Delivery Person Is Cheap

Today the delivery person who's to deliver the smartphone contacted me in the morning via call and enquired about the place to deliver and promised the delivery will be by 12 Pm max and it's now 1.20 pm already.
I have called on the same number multiple times but he is somehow not answering my call while am getting the prompt of user busy.
This is from a new courier service which I have never encountered with.
Have you received such bad service from the courier service persons?

@Butterfingers that happened to us once when we sent food items to my wife's sister. The trip is 35 kilometers so the motorcycle will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour. But it took him 2 hours. He said he had a flat tire.

I've experienced twice bad service from a delivery person. He came to deliver without informing me or call me before. I wasn't at home that time.

Thats not good i hope i dont encounter some rude delivery,and so far i have experienced good services in the courier where im buying online..hoping for your next transaction will be ok ma friend
