Should I leave the GC of Clinical Instructors on FB Messenger?

Every now and then, I receive messages from some of my colleagues in the group chat on Facebook, specifically this colleague who is all-knowing and acting like the Dean's assistant. This morning, I also received a post from our clinical coordinator. He started laundromat business just 2 weeks before we had the lock down due to Covid19 pandemic. I think their business now is close because of the community quarantine. It was in this GC that many times the Dean of the College of Nursing wanted the CI's to have a ZOOM meeting and we should install the ZOOM app. Nobody did, because we thought what was there to meet about when we were all on total lock down? I do not know how and where my other colleagues are working, because school opening is postponed next September or October, I think. What I know is that I won't be going back anymore. (The Dean of the College of Nursing had fun meeting with the other school staff through ZOOM. My son smiled while relating to me that the other staff of the school spread themselves within the school campus to zoom chat with our dean.YES, RIGHT ON THAT!) Should I leave? or should I still give my resignation letter?

I don't interact much. In fact, I don't even open the page to read their messages

@ridingbet Once we submitted our forms to be "retirees", it was not allowed to have a job. Should we accept a job, we would lose the retirees benefits.

I thought you resigned? I would leave and just remain friends on Facebook with your close friends.

Maybe you can leave the group chat or just mute it so that you will not get notifications everytime they send a message.

If youre not planning to go back, then give your resignation letter already and leave the group. It will only take a lot of space from your account.

True. But I can't just leave my LOR on the dean's table when he seldom goes to school.

Just ignore it, Kabsat. Let them do what they want and observed them. It can be entertaining.
