Smoothie

So for breakfast I made banana and blueberry smoothies. It had flax seed meal and protein powder and yogurt in it as well.
We will likely go shopping after church so I am packing a lunch box with sliced beef for us. For at home meals this week we have roasted turkey.
It is pretty much time to go out the door. I got the box of masks sealed up and addressed so that is good as well.
I have a lot of notifications to catch up with, but I have been going to bed early and sleeping a lot. I have been mowing a little bit every day and it makes me pretty tired.
I hope to be back around 2 this afternoon.
We will see what I can get done.

I have had very little lamb as a meal and I am afraid I would not know how to prepare it.

@GardenGerty I grew up on mutton and lamb. The shoulders or legs are roasted just like a roast of beef or pork. I think the temperature is about the same.

Essential fatty acids and Omega 3's. Good source of fiber.
