Who knew making a short phone call that would take 5 minutes turn to 2 hours. Well that's what happen yesterday. I was calling cricket to add more hotspot to my plan, the lady I was talking to said my phone was not compatible.. I've had hotspot since I've had this phone how is it not. She told me because I have a new phone now. But I have been using my new phone with hotspot everyday. So I talked to the supervisor. She kept telling me the same...ugh!! Well she told me to put my sim card back in my old phone and we would add hotspot that way. So I did that and she never called so I called back and started over. The next person I talked to said they couldn't take the payment off my card because it's not on file...I was getting mad! How is it not on file. I have been set up for auto payment for 2years. So they sent me to a different person to add my card back on..still couldn't get hotspot tho. That's the short story of it. I'm going to the cricket store today to talk to them.

@amitkokiladitya it was but I learned why I can't add more hotspot to my phone..and if I want to do so I will have to switch back to my old phone..ugh

It's fine and yes I was very frustrated with them. I went to cricket today and they were very sorry and said if I have any problems just come in the store.

@MommyOfEli2013 yeah it is and within a few minutes I knew more talking to the people at the store than I did on the phone.

Bummer to hear something so simple lead 2 hrs of your time and you still have to go in the store. Hopefully it’ll get resolved today!! Good luck.

I hate doing it also and they just make it worse, I was able to take care of it at the store.
