Marco Has Landed and We Have rain

Marco has hit shore and brought the rain, even up to our litte area in Mississippi. The rain started last night and was off and off throughout the night. It was a light to medium rain.
The rain had stopped when we got up this morning, but it was very cloudy. I got all the animals taken care of outside before the big dounpour hit. Now I am waiting to make a quick run to the store to get some milk.
At least both satelites are back up and I can get on the internet. I'll check back in later. Stay safe all of you on the Gulf Coast and in the path of Marco and Laura which is coming in with a bang.

Stay safe my friend - i'm not in the path of these tropical storms but we have rain coming this week which is good as we definitely need it. We hardly have had any rain in 2 weeks.

@Blondie2222 That's good. I'm glad you finally got some. We needed rain but not the amount most got with Laura! We got a perfect amount here where I live. Not too much and not too little!

@Tampa_girl7 I think we will be okay here as long as we escape the tornadoes! It cures eastward so you may see more activity up your way from this one.

I'm surprised you got rain from Marco. I'm more worried about what you're going to get from Laura in the next day or so. Please be careful and be safe!

@moffittjc Will do. Right now we have tornados popping off here and there. A girl I went to high school lost their entire house. They have evacuated and came home to a cement slab! This was in the central part of the state- LA.
