Since my parents don't want to visit their favorite salons yet, they asked me if I know how to cut/trim hair. Of course, I said yes - with confidence, despite not being a pro at it. 
Going to the salon is perilous because the virus is still out there, and I don't want them to take the risk. So, yeah. I did it a while ago and they are pretty happy with the outcome.

Hubby has always had me cut his hair and I trim my own. It also gets better with practice. If they are happy, that is what matters. They are happy and safe.

I used to style my mother's hair. After a tiresome day, she'd ask me to style her hair as she said it was soothing. I would get out a brush, hairspray and curling iron and hairstyling I went!

Good for you! I cut my own hair a few times when our salons were closed. I figured if it was really bad I'd just wear a hat until it grew back, lol.
