Noodles with beef and shrimps

I miss the other kind of noodle which Pancit Canton. So I bought a huge pack last Sunday and will it and use beef and shrimps as my toppings.
There are no veggies in the fridge but I don't like going out as virus is just lurking around. Besides, am not even sure if I got it from my husband or what.
His brother was in complete gear when he visited. His mom clarified it. He was wearing face shield, mask, and gloves. But all the same , it is better to stay inside.
I got paranoid last night, I asked my MIL if Allan was wearing the complete stuff for protection.
Anyway, what are you cooking today?

I didn’t really cook tonight. I was busy all day so the kids wanted just past which I heated up for them. Then I ordered chili for myself.

@Janet357 school doesn’t start for them till the 8th so they have the rest of this week to enjoy summer vacation . I have school stuff for them that I have to sit through. Typically boring parenting things. The kids are fine just trying not to kill each other.

I'm also out of fresh veggies and fruit so tomorrow will be my day to shop.
None of us can be too careful when it comes to protecting ourselves against the virus. It's still lurking out there so we have to be diligent.
Your shrimp and noodles sounds delicious. Maybe I'll get some shrimp's when I shop tomorrow.

@Janet357 actually my favorite is shrimp cocktail with a nice dipping sauce. Otherwise I like fried shrimp or coconut shrimp

I order online and have to order fresh fruits and veggies at least once a week.

It's so important to stay safe and protect yourself in every way possible. The virus is alive and well and still out there. Be careful!

I miss pancit canton. It's nice to eat that back during highschool days with friends even til now as long as there's friends around, the food will taste better wit people around you. :)
Today, I'll be cooking bread with eggs and milk and cheese. :)
