Was sad about something today

@CarolDM I will not go back to the person I got my scooter from. He was horrible.I just hope these people will help me or I do not know what else to do.

@CarolDM I will because I need to get new ones and also something else. Thanks. I will go in person if I cannot get a hold of my guy that used to help me out.

@Shivram59 Yes, you are very right. I am a good customer and really need for them to help me and not screw me over.

@Shivram59 That is so so true. There are those that do not listen to you at all and think they are right and also lie about something you said and make something else up that is not at all what you said.

@Hannihar I too want such friendly persons to deal with.. But perhaps that's not always possible.Sometimes you find yourself dealing with a person who you don't know and who don't care what you think and want.

@oahuwriter I did not know him in the beginning also. Someone told me about him. I will try to contact him and see what he has to say if can contact him or will go there after our holidays are over because it is busy in between and I may have to do something else too. Thank you for your concern.

@Hannihar No problem! With family there is always extra worries, me I got my little button Connect America, with just a push of button I have emergency help, being alone it's a comfort to have, so family doesn't worry too.

@JimBo452020 I will just have to go there. Maybe they will call tomorrow and if not I may go on Thursday morning or next week. Our holidays are coming up soon so cannot go then and will have to wait till they are all over in October to go.

@Hannihar October is still weeks away!!

@JimBo452020 Our holidays start next week and then a little break and then more holidays and little break and the rest of the holidays so not good to even try to order things now. Best to wait and I may have to do something else so want to do it all close by or if can do the same day.

@stringer321 Thanks Mor. I am waiting to see if I hear from them after the hagim. They believe they are not working during the hag. I will have to go there and see what is going on. There is someone there that helped the one that used to take care of me so I will have to go in the afternoon one day and see what he says. I have no idea if there is another place. I tried to contact the one that used to take care of me but not sure I have the right number for him and the one said he would talk to him so that is how it was left. I want to wish you a Hag Sameach and are you back?

@DianneN I find if someone does not know me they do not call back. It is very sad and poor way to run a business like you said. I hope I can find him too.

@DianneN I hope they will help me out and not play games. That not calling back was the first thing I did not like about them. That is why I was to see if I can get a hold of my scooter guy, but, since the holidays start next week might wait till they are done in October.

@thelme55 I did not go out today so did not go there. I will wait till our holidays are over in October and then maybe try my scooter guy if can find him or go there. No, it is not solved, but, if do not need to use my scooter now till January it is ok. Thank you for asking.

@FayeHazel I have no choice that I know of unless something better comes up to try them and was not happy with them not calling me back. I want to see if I can get a hold of the one that did take care of me. As long as I do not need to use my scooter I will wait if can till after our holidays. I may have to do some other things too so will need my scooter. I have two hills I have to go up in order to get to my building and then hope I can get to the building so need the batteries not to go down far.

@DocAndersen Thatnk you so much Scott. I am not happy about it either because now I probably will have to go there and try and find a place to get them to help me and I hate going out with the corona in the air and dealing with people I do not know.

@AmbiePam I hate starting over again and now because of the corona I am not looking forward to it and hope that they will help me or if I can find the guy that did and see if he still can help me.

@jstory07 The person lives far away and I cannot take my scooter on the highway to him. I had a number for him and hope it is still his number and will try to get in touch with him and ask for his help.
