Overnight Good sleep is as important for us as food because no matter you take naps during the day it's the traditional sleeping time that helps you feel relaxed and you can sleep without any worries. I know it's not possible for everyone but still overnight sleep is best. Glad I was Able to sleep for more than 7 hours and feeling relaxed. Do You like the overnight sleep or prefer the day Naps?

@Butterfingers I can sleep better and more soundly if I don't nap. Sometimes I do fall asleep in my recliner.

Absolutely. Overnight sleep is the best for one's well being. However I remember when I used to work at a hotel downtown, and I had different schedules, sometimes I had night shifts so no overnight sleeps for me!

@JimBo452020 I am so sorry to hear that. In my case i don't know if it has affected me. I have worked on night shifts but I am currently sleeping as I always do. However I tended to feel drowsy when I was doing the nightshift.
