I made a beautiful leche flan to take to Sofía´s house.

I use the words "leche flan" here to honor my Filipino friends. The words in my Spanish are "flan de leche" and it alludes to a custard made with eggs, milk, condensated milk and vanilla if you want.
I did it today while I talked for over 3 hours to a friends I hadn´t heard of for over a year. We have to thank WhatsApp. I don´t have the money to talk through a real paid phone (not that amount of time at least).
Ever since the leche flan came out of the oven I have been suffering. The aroma fills my house and I cannot have a bite

My mother beat it by hand but I put everything in the blender.

I put half the amount of condensed milk that my mom used and add plain milk for the rest. I prefer it with less sugar too.

I mix everything in the blender and cover the mold first with caramel.

I think we made something similar using three different types of milk so perhaps it wasn't quite the same.
