The older I get, the less I think about what I used to call "important things".
I gave up, friends. People are violent, hateful and proud. And the more power they have, the more richess they have, the worse they are.
We are in the middle of a pandemia, yet many people don´t seem to care whether their neighbors live of die.
In the city where I live we had lockdown for several months. The authorities eased it for a couple of days. I would have thought that people would want to buy groceries. But no. There were long queues to buy the most expensive sneakers.
Meanwhile there is domestic violence and neglected children.
I just don´t like it, friends.

Mankind is getting worse by the minute, crime is increasing because of wickedness in the hearts of people! Domestic violence is the bottom of the barrel, usually a grown man hammering on a woman, who's much weaker than he is

Yesterday, at the news here, I heard of a senior woman who had been locked in by her nephew. When neighbors called the cops, she was undernourished and eating her mattress. That is wicked.

@LadyDuck Things are changing lately now. Women are having children later in life than before. And there are more people that are adopting. I think that adoption is a way of helping children who are already in this world if the woman wants to be a mother.

1 John 5:19 reads "We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one." It can be frightening, but God made a way for us through His son, Jesus.

Same is happening here. In Australia, we have a bad Premier who only cares that he's paychecks keep coming. He won't get reelected into the Parliament ever again.
Sweden seems to be doing very well. Happy people and economy seem to be doing better. And 10 million people never stupidly locked down.

We've screwed up just about everything there is to screw up, including the planet, the wildlife and ourselves. I'm surprised man is still in existence. Have a great Monday.
