I am in the middle of a series of preparations for my barbecue of 3. Marcia has cleaned a lot and I have cooked a lot. Marcia spent a long time cleaning a room and a bathroom in the second floor although I´m sure that Humberto will not go and take a nap there. But it is wonderful to have a clean room upstairs. I was looking for sheets and discovered the flag. I was SO happy! I knew I had seen it! The hen is getting cooked in the pressure cooker. It will take a long time as the meat has to fall off the bones. In another small pot I am boiling the interiors to make a paté. I´ll add some of the hen breast and after I grind it I´ll add some white wine or liquor. I´ll have to find a good recipe.
