What's for lunch?

What's everyone having for lunch this afternoon?
I have tomatoes to eat up so I'm going to have Caprese salad. I have it a lot during the summer when the tomatoes are fresh and ripe. My basil plants are pretty picked over so I won't be able to add as much as I usually do.

I had a late morning breakfast. I don't know what I'll have for lunch. Breakfast was totally different with a hot dog and fries my son brought home for me from his road trip yesterday. I also had banana porridge, though with raisins instead of nuts.

Lunch here today is a plain old salad of romaine and baby spinach. If I'm not too lazy I'll slice up some red onion and tomato and will add a few croutons and blue cheese dressing. I'm hooked on Kens light blue cheese dressing lately.

I had leftovers from the diner (a little bit of creamed chicken over biscuits, mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts). Later I had an ear of corn.
