Hello everyone! How was your Wednesday? Mine is good. I hope yours, too. I went walking with my friend again at the lake this late afternoon. The weather was 25°C and very sunny. It was a long walk around the lake and going to our parking place where the car of my friend was parked. We walked for 10, 5 kilometers without taking a long break. We started walking at 4 in the afternoon and was finished until 7 pm. It was just a kind of strolling compared to the other people who were jogging, biking or fast walking. We just halted when we took photos and videos of the lake and the environment. One of the photos I took was the signboard of animals. I don´t really know those animals on this signboard in the photo. Maybe you know. Now I realize that I feel tired. My legs are heavy. I am resting now while mylotting. Thanks for reading. See you later in your posts.

A little more than 10 kilometers is a long walk also for those who have the habit to walk and it takes time. I am sure that those who say that "walked" 15 km in one hour can only be cheaters... or those Fitbits are garbage.

@thelme55 You are right, you must run to cover 10 Km in one hour. At a good walking speed we can walk about 5 km per hour, no more.

@LadyDuck That´s right. For me, walking is a stress reliever and I don´t have to walk fast to enjoy the nature around me.

I could not imagine walking for just an hour for 10 kilometers. That is already jogging or running to me. It took us 3 hours to walk for 10 kilometers while talking and laughing. That was a relaxing walk. Thanks @LadyDuck

It is to warn walkers, joggers, bikers and runners that there are weasels in that place. No motorists are allowed in that area. Yes, I have enjoyed resting. Thank you @FayeHazel

@thelme55 once a week waking is still good. I hope my frequent going up and down the stairs in our home and office would compensate for my lack of exercise.

That would be nice to see carabaos when I am walking. Maybe some coconuts too where I can ask for the young coconuts to eat.

It's always a good thing to take a long walk sometimes it helps to increase your endurance and stamina as well. However, the animal illustrated on that warning sign post looks more like a tiger or a jaguar I think.

Yes, it is indeed @Sambriel. I have noticed this morning when I woke up that I have no muscle pain in my legs after that long walk yesterday. It was the 2nd time I have walked around that lake for more than 10 kilometers. My husband said that they are weasels on the signboard. Thank you @Sambriel
