A quick post... Some time at hand

I am here logged in for my work. Class starts in another 15 minutes. So just dropped in to say a quick hi and share the picture of my yummy breakfast
In my early morning post I shared the picture of the dough and now it is yummy flattened paratha out of that.
We relished it. I can still feel the taste in mouth.
Finally sun showed up and I am happy. Just put one load in washing machine. It should be done by the time I am done with first session. I can hang it for drying in my break.
Right now the sun is falling on my feet and on my shoulders. Feels good on such cold morning. 
I will just read some posts and respond till I hear the beep of students joining in for the class

@piyushbhatia1 Yes a bit different. We mix besan flour also to it and some spices. Also we knead the dough using curd.

I love coming here. Yes the earnings are icing on the top. But the real fun is interacting with a wonderful community. I feel relaxed after spending some time here.

It was raining the whole night. It's cloudy here. I just put the cloth hanger in shade in gazebo upstairs. It might rain all of a sudden while I am in class and I can't take that risk.

look so crunchy. is it light food? hehe yes, as teacher we have to be creative looking for the time to having eat. evenmore at the offline class.

@HannahKusKus It's a soft flattened bread made on pan.Glad to meet you as a teacher. I am a special educator and counselor. I deal with children across all age groups who face academic challenges and behavioral issues. Also work with children on autism spectrum.

It's soft and spicy. Not a crunchy one. I won't call it a light food. It's quite filling and you can keep going for few hours.

looks like you made methi paratha. Very rare to find this tasty paratha in hotels but it's a very healthy food to have for breakfast.

Yes it's methi paratha or rather thepla. I added besan, yogurt and spices to it.
